Required COVID-19 Testing: Campus Housing Residents
Spring 2022 Guidelines
In consultation with the Pima County Health Department, the University may require campus housing residents to get tested based on current public health conditions.
The University will notify campus housing residents if and when they are required to test weekly, regardless of vaccination status.
Students with a positive rapid antigen or PCR test will be exempt from required testing for 60 days after the date of your positive test result. If you experience COVID-19 symptoms during this 60-day period, contact Campus Health to discuss next steps. Participation in required testing will resume at the end of the 60-day period.
If you tested positive at an off-campus location, upload your positive test result to the secure, HIPAA-compliant Campus Health system for review.
If you tested positive at a University test site, your positive test result is automatically on file.
Disability or Medical Accommodations: Students who would like to request an accommodation on the basis of a disability or medical condition should contact the Disability Resource Center at DRCfirstname.lastname@example.org or 520-621-3268 to discuss a potential accommodation.
Religious Accommodations: Students who would like to request an accommodation on the basis of a sincerely held religious belief should complete the following form: Request for Religious Accommodation Related to Covid-19 Mitigation Requirements.
